Zarza Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your Zarza pieces. If something isn’t quite right, we offer easy returns and exchanges to ensure you're completely satisfied.

Standard Returns – Within 30 Days

• Eligibility: Unworn, unused items in their original packaging and condition.

• Ineligible Items:

  • Earrings and any product that pierces the body (for hygiene reasons)

  • Final sale items (clearly marked)

• Return Method: Prepaid label provided upon request

• Return Fee: $10 deducted from your refund to cover return shipping and handling
  Note: Customers in remote or rural areas are responsible for the full cost of return or exchange shipping.

• Refund: Issued to original payment method after item inspection

Exchanges

• Free exchanges within 30 days (standard shipping zones)

• Simply let us know what you'd like instead — we’ll take care of the rest
  Note: Customers in remote or rural areas are responsible for exchange shipping.

Store Credit – After 30 Days (Up to 90)

• Items in original condition returned between 31–90 days from delivery are eligible for store credit

• Return shipping fee still applies (or full shipping cost for remote areas)

Return Instructions

2. We'll send a return label and simple instructions

3. Pack your item securely in original packaging — reuse the shipping bag or box when possible

Important Notes

• Returns sent without approval or outside the return window may not be accepted

• We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear

• Please allow 5–10 business days for processing refunds or credit
